I don’t know why but most of my calls for photography sessions come from women. And I am generalizing here, but it just seems that they tend to be the ones that are more into scheduling these sorts of things. The men usually show up looking less than excited but I love that usually after a little time hanging out they are having fun and into the whole thing. But every once in a while I get a call from a man and I am always a little more excited for these sessions. And this time, the guy called to schedule pregnancy announcement photos. I mean, what is sweeter than a super excited Daddy to be that wants to tell the world?! Pregnancy announcement sessions can be a little tricky though…..I mean there isn’t a lot there to photograph at first look. But actually, there is. There is excitement. And anticipation. And lots of love. And we captured it all on this warm and windy Wilmington evening.
